Cookies
What the krizovakomunikacia.sk website stores in your browser, why, how long it stays there — and how to change your decision at any time.
This page is a translation provided for convenience. The Slovak version is legally binding and prevails if the two differ.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so that it can remember something until your next visit. The browser’s local storage works in a similar way — for simplicity, this document calls both of them cookies.
We divide them into three groups. Strictly necessary cookies are what the site needs to work at all, and we always use them. Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used. Marketing cookies measure whether you came to us from our LinkedIn advert. We only switch analytics and marketing cookies on once you give your consent — without it they do not load — and you consent to each group separately, so you can allow one and not the other.
Exactly which ones we use
Strictly necessary — the site does not work without them, so the law does not require consent for them. They do not track you and we do not pass them on to anyone.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| kk-consent | krizovakomunikacia.sk | Remembers what you decided in the cookie bar, so we do not ask on every visit. | 12 months |
Analytics — they measure traffic through Google Analytics. They load only with your consent. Advertising features and personalisation are switched off and IP addresses are shortened, so we cannot tell who you are from them.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Tells a returning visit from a new one. | 24 months |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of a single visit — which pages you opened in turn. | 24 months |
Analytics cookies are set by Google Ireland Limited as our processor. Data may also be processed outside the European Union on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
Marketing — the LinkedIn Insight Tag. It measures how many people came to the site from our LinkedIn advert and how many of them submitted an order. It loads only with your consent, which is separate from your consent to analytics cookies.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| bcookie | A browser identifier LinkedIn uses to recognise the device. | 12 months | |
| li_sugr | Helps match the visit to a LinkedIn profile if you are signed in there. | 3 months | |
| UserMatchHistory | Syncs the advertising identifier — for measuring advertising. | 30 days | |
| AnalyticsSyncHistory | Remembers when that sync last took place. | 30 days | |
| lidc | Routes the request to the right LinkedIn data centre. | 1 day | |
| li_gc | Stores your cookie consent on LinkedIn’s side. | 6 months |
These cookies are set by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, which acts as an independent controller for them — it decides how it uses the data further, including for showing adverts. Data is also transferred to the United States on the basis of standard contractual clauses. LinkedIn may set cookies other than those listed in the table above; LinkedIn keeps the complete, current list in its cookie policy. If you reject marketing cookies, nothing in this group loads and LinkedIn does not learn about your visit.
Your settings
This is your current decision. You can change it at any time, as easily as you gave it — with one click, no explanation needed.
You can also delete cookies directly in your browser, in the settings for this site. If you also delete our record of your decision, the cookie bar will appear again on your next visit.
