Privacy policy
This document explains what personal data we collect through the krizovakomunikacia.sk website, what we use it for, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
This page is a translation provided for convenience. The Slovak version is legally binding and prevails if the two differ.
Who processes your data
The controller is Promo Punkers, s.r.o., with its registered office at Lermontovova 7, 811 05 Bratislava, company ID (IČO) 53241878, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, insert no. 147282/B.

Filling in the order form is voluntary, but without billing and contact details we cannot process the order or issue a proforma invoice.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with those needed to run the service, and with authorities where the law requires it. Most of them are our processors — they act on our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes. The exception is LinkedIn, which is an independent controller when measuring advertising; its cookies load only with your consent, and we describe them in the Cookies document.

Send your request to babitzova@promopunkers.com. We will reply within one month. If you disagree with how it was handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies, which make its basic functions work and which by law do not require consent.
In addition, we use analytics cookies to measure traffic through Google Analytics and marketing cookies from the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our advertising on LinkedIn. They load only with your consent, which you give in the bar on your first visit, separately for each group. If you do not consent, they do not load at all. Advertising features in Google Analytics are switched off.

We may update this document if the scope of the service or the tools we use change. The current version is always published at this address with its effective date.
